Ground Floor: Open plan kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob & electric oven, microwave & fridge/freezer, lounge (with log fire) and dining area. There is a covered BBQ area and a private garden. Staircase leads to the en suite first floor bedroom with king size bed. The bathroom is open plan with large tub and shower & enclosed toilet.

Minimum of 3 nights stay over long weekends & Minimum of 4 nights stay over the Easter Weekend.
Minimum of 2 nights stay over weekends.
Minimum of 5 nights stay over the christmas/new year period.
